In recent years, college and high school fishing has seen significant growth, with collegiate tournaments drawing 200-250 boats and high school events attracting up to 300 boats. This increased participation highlights a rising interest in competitive fishing among young anglers. Minn Kota and Humminbird have been key supporters in this area for over 13 years, and will continue to find new ways to support the next generation of anglers.
In 2024, Minn Kota and Humminbird seized the opportunity once again to continue their support of B.A.S.S. high school fishing tournaments, and most recently participated in the Bassmaster High School Combine to support young anglers as they navigate from High School to Collegiate competition. |
